An error message may appear if you're trying to apply two promotions at the same time. For example, if you have a personal promo code and there’s already a general promotion active. These can’t be combined. You can complete your booking without applying the second code.
Do you get an error right away when entering the code? Then the promotion may have expired. Feel free to contact us – we’ll be happy to take a look. If the code was still valid but didn’t work for you, we’ll make sure to add it to your booking afterwards. So you can go ahead and complete your booking, and just reach out to us afterward.
All our tents are equipped with electricity. This means you can easily make a cup of coffee and charge your phone. There is also lighting in the tent, so you won’t need a flashlight. Although, a flashlight does add to the camping charm. Please note: our tents use European sockets, so we recommend bringing an international adapter if you are traveling from the UK.
Dogs are welcome on many of our farms, but not all. You can easily check if your dog is allowed by adding it to your travel group. You will then only see the tents and farms where dogs are permitted. If you want to bring your dog, you must indicate this in advance. If no tents are available after adding your dog, it means that dogs are not allowed on this farm or that there is no availability for your chosen period.
