How payment and changes work

Payment terms
At FarmCamps, your booking is only final once we have received a payment. If a payment is not made on time, your booking will automatically expire. In many cases, you can pay for your stay in instalments. The earlier you book, the more instalments are possible, up to a maximum of four, with the first instalment being at least 10% of the total amount. The closer you book to your arrival date, the fewer instalments will be available. The full amount must be paid no later than six weeks before arrival. Please check the booking conditions for full details.
Cancel or reschedule
You can cancel your FarmCamps stay free of charge within 14 days of booking, depending on how close your arrival date is. You can also reschedule free of charge up to 28 days before arrival. Please check the booking conditions for full details.
Your FarmCamps stay
On the farm
During your stay, you’ll be staying on a real, working farm. The farmer and their partner warmly welcome you and are happy to share their place and story with you. At the same time, farm life continues as usual, which means they are sometimes busy with the day to day work on the farm.
Meanwhile, children can always play and roam freely around the yard and discover farm life for themselves. And because every farm is unique, every stay is different, which is exactly what makes it so much fun.
Bringing a pet?
Bed linen and towels
Bed linen is always included in your booking, so there’s no need to bring your own. A tea towel is also provided as standard. Towels can be added as an optional extra.
Are you travelling with a baby up to 2 years old? In that case, no bed linen is provided. You can, if you wish, book a baby cot with changing mat, or, if your baby already sleeps in a regular bed, add bed linen separately.

FarmCamps is a proud tree partner of Trees for All. Nature is incredibly important to us, because without nature there are no animals, and without nature and animals there is no FarmCamps. That’s why we are committed to planting thousands of trees in the Netherlands and abroad in the coming years.
Would you like to contribute too? You can! From €6 per tree, you can support the FarmCamps forest. You can add a tree when selecting extras, or at any time afterwards via My FarmCamps.
Groups
It is not possible to book multiple tents at once through the website. Would you like to reserve several tents? Our customer service team is happy to assist you. From three tents onwards, your booking is considered a group booking and different terms and discounts apply. You can submit a request for a group booking here.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
An error message may appear if you're trying to apply two promotions at the same time. For example, if you have a personal promo code and there’s already a general promotion active. These can’t be combined. You can complete your booking without applying the second code.
Do you get an error right away when entering the code? Then the promotion may have expired. Feel free to contact us – we’ll be happy to take a look. If the code was still valid but didn’t work for you, we’ll make sure to add it to your booking afterwards. So you can go ahead and complete your booking, and just reach out to us afterward.
All our tents are equipped with electricity. This means you can easily make a cup of coffee and charge your phone. There is also lighting in the tent, so you won’t need a flashlight. Although, a flashlight does add to the camping charm. Please note: our tents use European sockets, so we recommend bringing an international adapter if you are traveling from the UK.
Dogs are welcome on many of our farms, but not all. You can easily check if your dog is allowed by adding it to your travel group. You will then only see the tents and farms where dogs are permitted. If you want to bring your dog, you must indicate this in advance. If no tents are available after adding your dog, it means that dogs are not allowed on this farm or that there is no availability for your chosen period.
