The Lodge Tent includes a specially designed play and sleep bunk called the ‘Hay House’ bunk. Developed with FarmCamps together with Saartje Prum this unique element let’s kids play on top and sleep underneath.

We have many different farms. So there is something for everyone! You can choose from these different types of farms: an arable farm, an alpaca farm, an organic farm, a cheese farm, a dairy farm, a horse farm, a sheep farm, a play and learning farm, a cattle farm. You can also choose whether you want a farm near the forest or by the sea, for example.
And there is more! Healthy outdoor air, happy children and lots of cuddles from all the animals roaming the farm. That makes renting a Lodgetent on a farm truly unique. You really should do it sometime!

Our Lodgetents are fully furnished and fully equipped. Enjoy a Lavazza Espresso machine and a private bathroom. Of course you will sleep in nice beds and in each tent there is a relaxing sofa and a big table to play games at. In the kitchen, there is running water, a gas cooker, a small fridge and a good espresso machine. And, of course, plenty of kitchen inventory. Many of our tents also have an outdoor fireplace by the tent. Nice to put on in the evening and enjoy the outdoors for a while longer. Good to know: there is no microwave or oven in the tent. Unfortunately, our tents do not include a standard cot and/or high chair. However, our baby package does include a cot (and a high chair and changing mat). You can rent these for €16.
Definitely! If the weather is a bit off, that’s not a problem at all. In a Lodgetent, you will find a game box as standard that will keep you entertained for hours.
But, of course, a true Dutch family does not let a bit of bad weather stop them. Even in bad weather, the cows need to be milked and the animals fed. The farmer also needs your help inside to sweep and muck out the stables and feed the calves. And how nice is it to warm up by the outdoor fireplace near the tent after hard work?

FarmCamps farms can actually be found all over the country. From Zeeland to Friesland and from Limburg to North Holland. But you can also choose whether you want a farm by the sea, in the countryside or near a forest or lake. There is always a farm to suit your needs!
At almost all our FarmCamps farms, there is free Wi-Fi at the reception. Some farms even have Wi-Fi signal in the tents. If you want to know which locations these are, check our website under ‘Our Farms’ and select the filter ‘Wifi in the tent’.
Good to know: some farms are remote and therefore do not always have a good Wi-Fi signal. FarmCamps De Geele Bosch and FarmCamps De Verloren Kost are unfortunately not receiving enough MBs for a good connection due to their location.
Towels are unfortunately not included in the price. You can bring them yourself, but you can also order a handy towel pack with one large and one small towel for €5.
The sleeping quarters are fully furnished with duvets and pillows and clean bedding. You pay €6.50 per person for bed linen for the entire stay.
At some farms, you can also opt for the Farmers’ Bed layout. For €6 per bed, your beds will then be made before arrival.
An important question, because you prefer to start the day with a good cup of coffee. In all our luxury tents, you can make an old-fashioned pot of coffee, by boiling water and pouring it into a filter of filter coffee on a thermos. But, there is also a Lavazza Espresso machine. For this machine, you need special Lavazza espresso capsules, which you can buy in the shop at all our farms. So please note that you cannot buy these capsules in the supermarket.
