You can make your complaint known by emailing us at info@farmcamps.nl. We will respond in writing within 2 working days. In the event of a complaint on site, we strive to resolve it during your stay. Our full complaints procedure can be found in our booking conditions.

A complaint can also be submitted via a complaint form on the consumer page of the Thuiswinkel.org website. The complaint will then be sent to both the entrepreneur concerned and Thuiswinkel.org. If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement within a reasonable period or within 3 months of submitting the complaint, a dispute will arise that is subject to the dispute settlement procedure.

Disputes can be submitted by both the consumer and FarmCamps to the Disputes Committee Thuiswinkel, PO Box 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl) or via the European ODR platform.
