You can make your complaint by emailing us at info@farmcamps.nl. We will respond substantively in writing within 2 working days. In the event of a complaint on site, we aim to resolve it during your stay. Our full complaints procedure can be found in our booking conditions.
A complaint can also be submitted via a complaints form on the consumer page of the Thuiswinkel.org website. The complaint will then be sent both to the trader in question and to Thuiswinkel.org. If the complaint cannot be solved by mutual agreement within a reasonable period of time or within 3 months after submission of the complaint, a dispute arises that is subject to the dispute settlement procedure.
Disputes can be submitted by both the consumer and FarmCamps to the Thuiswinkel Disputes Committee, Postbus 90600, 2509 LP in The Hague (www.sgc.nl) or via the European ODR platform.
