BoeBaDoe .......... Coo coo ca choo!
At this lovely place in northern Limburg, farmer Bart lives with farmer’s wife Floor and their 3 young children, Eefje, Vera and Pim. Over the past 10 years, they have transformed their traditional dairy farm step by step into the nature-inclusive farm and care farm it is today.
At farmer Bart and farmer’s wife Floor, animal welfare comes first. For this reason, they decided several years ago to swap their black and white dairy cows for small, brown Jersey cows. Although these cows give less milk, they live together in a family herd, which means the calves are allowed to stay with their mothers and they cozy up to each other in one barn and have more space than the cows on an ordinary dairy farm.
For years, farmer Bart took care of the cows with a lot of love, but unfortunately this way of farming is not profitable and a lot of money had to be added for several years. So now they have stopped milking and the oldest 20 cows can enjoy their old age here. They are allowed to graze on the herb-rich meadows, their manure is used on the land which provides the grass that is delicious food for the horses, cows and other small animals on the farm.
Floor’s passion is caring for young people and children on their care farm as well as horses. They have a beautiful herd of ponies and horses that have worked hard all their lives. Here they get to enjoy their well-earned rest and loving care. They live together in the beautifully landscaped paddock Paradise set up behind the tents. The horses and ponies greatly enjoy being brushed and groomed and enjoy taking a nice walk with the children every now and then.
But there is much more to see and experience on this farm. For instance, farmer Bart has a mobile chicken trailer where you can help collect the fresh free-range eggs. And in the large vegetable garden, you can harvest the tastiest vegetables and herbs yourself or snack on the fruit from the tall fruit trees.
So this farm offers something for everyone. You can help look after the cows, ponies or other small animals. Or just enjoy playing in the large play meadow with trampolines, mud kitchen and giant play ship. Or work on your steering skills in the large go-kart traffic park. Bet you will enjoy this farm in this beautiful part of North Limburg!
What a great choice!
Enjoy the cows!
This is what makes this farm so much fun!

In the outskirts of Beringe lies this nice and cosy nature-inclusive farm of farmer Bart and farmer’s wife Floor. A lovely, quiet place where you can fully enjoy the farm and the beautiful nature in the surrounding area.
At FarmCamps BoeBaDoe you can choose from one of our eight luxury tents. How about our Safari tent which has its own toilet (you can take a shower in the bathing facilities nearby)? Or maybe you prefer the Ranch tent which comes with its own unique ‘Hay! Hay! Bathroom Trailer’? Or perhaps the luxury Lodge tent or Barntent is your choice because it comes with its own private bathroom? Unlike the 6-person Barntent, the 4-person Barntent at BoeBaDoe does not have a Hay Hay sleeping loft in the tent, but is otherwise not inferior to the 6-person version in terms of comfort and extras.
It’s all luxury… now all you have to do is choose!
At this FarmCamps farm, you are guaranteed to enjoy the peace and quiet. There are only 8 luxury tents, so it will never be crowded. The farm is located in an agricultural area on a quiet road.
The 8 luxury tents are placed around a spacious field with paved paths. From the tents, you have a view of the ‘Live Out Meadow’, overlooking the meadows where you can see the ponies and horses grazing.

No farm adventure would be complete without learning a thing or two from the professionals. And that is what farmer Bart, farmer Floor and their team personally take care of. So you can help them look after and feed the cows. Did you know you can even cuddle these lovely cows!
Of course, the horses, ponies, sheep, goats, pigs and chickens also need to be cared for and fed. They can really use your help there. And if, like farmer Floor, you love ponies and horses, it is also possible to take a walk with them or go for a short ride so now and then.
If you are more into playing, you will also find what you are looking for in this yard. There is a playground where you can climb and scramble to your heart’s content, jump on the trampoline, slide, play with sand and water, race on the go-karts in the traffic park or mess around in the mud kitchen.
At check-in, children will receive FarmCamps’ Farmers Passport. This contains fun and educational assignments. Your mini-farmers can discover and experience real life on a farm. For each task, they get a stamp.
During your stay Farmer Bart and his wife Floor will show you the ropes with a guided tour of the farm. She will share with you the pleasure they get from working the land and caring for their horses. Experience this unique chance to go where only farmers dare to go and soak up the special stories they´ll share with you about the farm they love and care for.
Would you like to experience what it is like to relax by lying against a warm cow’s body? Then join the cow cuddling workshop at our farm. We will teach you all about the Jercey cows. And, of course, you get to cuddle the cows.
Farmer Bart’s mobile chicken trailer is home to lots of chickens that lay fresh organic eggs every day. Together with farmer Bart or the assisting farmers, you can help collect, clean and sort the eggs. Of course, the chickens also need to be cared for and fed.
On the farm is a beautiful large self-harvesting vegetable garden where all kinds of delicious vegetables, herbs and fruits are grown. Farmer Bart and the care youth will be happy to teach you more about permaculture, a nature-friendly way of growing and harvesting crops. If you get the hang of it, you can plant your own plant to take home and grow at home.
Nothing beats the warm and friendly atmosphere of a campfire at the end of the day. Watch the sun set and toast a few marshmallows!
If you like to play, then you’re in the right place! Here you can play football, race on the go-karts or play with sand and do somersaults on the trampoline.
Looking for ultimate relaxation? The farm has a small farm shop where you can buy some basic foods and treats. Handy right!
No one likes going home with a bag of dirty washing, Then order the Towel Pack and rent the one and only FarmCamps farmer’s overall for the kids. This way they look just like a farmer and their clothes don’t get so dirty either!
Extras can be ordered right away during booking, but of course you can also arrange most of it on the spot.
Every Wednesday and Saturday evening, farmer Bart lights the pizza oven (if enough people sign up). You can roll out the dough yourself and fill your pizza with your favourite ingredients; farmer Bart then slides your pizza straight into the oven
No need to lug around your own baby gear! This package includes a baby bed, high chair and a changing mat. Don’t forget to bring your baby’s own bed linen though.
Not only will your mini-farmers look very cool in these red overalls but you’ll be sure their clothes don’t get ruined!
Includes 1 x large and 1 x small, thick white towel. Perfect for leaving washing behind at the end of your holiday!
What better way is there to soak up the beautiful landscape than to take a lovely bike ride from the farm. Luckily you can hire a range of bikes on the farm. There are bikes for adults, children’s bikes and even the popular Babboe box bike, perfect for packing everything in for a family trip to the beach.
Watching other families enjoy themselves here shows us how few leave the farm since there is so much to see and do. Here the kids are in their element and don’t have time to get bored! That´s why the parents are having a great time too.
But if you do want to discover the local environment in the North Limburg province, home to stunning natural beauty like the De Groote Peel National Park and the river Maas, then you won’t be disappointed. Dotted along the river are pretty little fortified villages or you could visit towns like Venlo, Roermond and Weert which are all within a 20 minute drive. If you need to pick up a few bits and pieces then Panningen is but a few kilometers from the farm.
Water
In English this is called the Iron Man Swimming Pool and it is located in Weert, about 20km from the farm. You don’t need to be an iron man to have a great time though! Here you’ll find a wave pool, water slides, a children’s pool, hot tubs and an outdoor pool to boot! There is also a super outdoor play area for your mini-farmers complete with mini-golf, water skiing and tree climbing too.
Playing
Toverland has long been a popular destination for the young and the old. Whether you come to experience roller coasters like Troy, Booster Bike or Dwervelwind, or the sparkling water attractions like Backstroke or Djengu River, one thing is for sure; the enchanting atmosphere in Toverland means everyone will have a magical day.
Playing
Just across the border in Venray you will discover this very nice and rather affordable theme park. With both indoor and outdoor facilities, your mini-farmers can run, jump, slide, climb, splash and laugh to their hearts content. There is also a small petting zoo and a corn maze.
Nature
De Groote Peel National Park is a heathland formally used to cut peat. Nowadays it is rich in different bird species and being a bog land area, your mini-farmers can have a great time discovering log roads and bridges or bouncing on springy peat soils. Ideal for a lovely day walking and enjoying natural beauty.
Culture
Open Air Museum Eynderhoof is a beautiful and lively village in the de Peel region in The Netherlands. By passing through the village’s iron gates you are transported back in time to 1900. There is plenty to do here for mini-farmers like play, crafting and discovering life over 100 years ago.
Culture
The village of Thorn is one of the most visited places in Limburg and is known as ‘the white village’ because of its white-washed brick houses in the center of town. For more than eight centuries it was the capital of a small principality and there is much to see and do here. It is a very attractive town, perfect for strolling through and enjoying an ice-cream or drink at one of its cafés.
