Are you older and would like to go horseback riding during your holidays? Our farmers and ranchers completely understand this horse passion. At some of our farms, there are opportunities to ride as an adult. From beginners to experienced riders. It’s all possible. Check out the options here.
At this farm in Enschede in Overijssel, it is also possible to take horse riding lessons as an adult. You can join a group lesson (1 hour) or a private lesson (half an hour) here from Monday to Saturday.
This is more to do on the farm: Play games with the ponies, hire a walking pony or visit the city of Enschede.
During the summer holidays, mums and dads can also take a horse for a ride. Farmer Carolien will take you to the forest for a 2-hour outdoor ride.
This is what else there is to do on the farm: pony riding lessons, go on a 'safari' to the forest, take a look at brother Ronny's modern dairy farm 600 metres away, play in the super fun playground, eat chips on the farm terrace.
Would you like to take driving lessons as parents? At BoeBaDoe, this is possible! You will be taught by farmer's wife Floor who is a certified Centered Riding instructor. Driving lessons are possible on Tuesdays and Saturdays, so you can see when suits you.
This is more to do at the farm: pony ride, take care of cows and ponies, play in the "live out meadow", make a campfire with the farmer.
Learning to ride a horse? As parents, also take a riding lesson and experience how nice and fun it is to ride a horse. You get private lessons from instructor Thirza, allowing you to learn a lot in a short time. Driving lessons are subject to availability and can be booked at the farm.

As a parent, would you like to go horseback riding too? If you are an adult with a lot of riding experience, you can hire Prinzessin, Juliane's horse for an hour, for a nice ride in the forest.
There is more to do on the farm: hire your own pony, go canoeing on the Diemel river, enjoy the peace and nature, play on the playground or go for a torchlight walk.
