Are you crazy about horses or a real beach lover? Or just both… Then FarmCamps Fleur Stables is the ideal place! At this horse pension, 50 horses and ponies “live” and it is less than 10 km from the well-known North Holland seaside resort Callantsoog.
Your mini-farmers will be busy all day here watching and taking care of the ponies, sheep, goats and bunnies. Or they’ll be off on tractor rides with Farmer Jan who’s the leader of the pack here and loves to find fun things for all the family to do.
Kids who always wanted to try riding a pony can get a pony diploma here. In just a few short lessons by instructor Thirza they’ll learn the basics of equine care and begin to learn how to ride a pony. At the end of your holiday they will proudly show you all that they have learnt. If your mini-farmer is already an experienced rider, then you can even book your own pony to take care of during your holiday.
Don’t want to spend all day with horses? In front of the door is a large ditch where you can enjoy fishing or sailing in farmer Jan’s canoe or rowing boat.
What a great choice!
Care for your own pony!
This is what makes this farm so much fun!

Experience extraordinary wilderness deep in the heart of the Dutch bulb growing region and surrounded by open meadows and dykes. The beach is a short 10 km away and did you know that together with Texel, this area has the most amount of sunshine in The Netherlands?
At FarmCamps Fleur Stables you can choose from one of our 8 luxury, fully equipped Safari Tents including a private toilet.

This Farm Camps farm is located on a quiet road along a beautiful canal which you can swim in or sail along. Around the farm, you’ll gaze at the cows and sheep grazing or watch Farmer Jan plough and mow his fields on his tractor.
The luxurious tents are divided over two separate fields. The 8 luxurious Safari Tents are nicely pitched on a small stretch of field with lots of trees and bushes bordering a ditch, more commonly recognised as a small farmer’s waterway (fenced off hence child safe).
On the other side of this ‘ditch’ is the field with 6 luxurious Ranch Tents. These tents are pitched a great distance from each other creating both privacy and space for the Hay Hay Bath trailer next to each tent. This farm also has 4 emplacements available for private campers.
Luxury Safari Tent with toilet in the tent. Spaciously furnished with, among other things, a cosy living space.

No farm adventure would be complete without learning a thing or two from the professionals. Farmer Jan, farmer’s wife Saskia and their team takes this very personally! This farm is crazy about horses and they are happy to share their vast knowledge of these beautiful animals and of course you can always get stuck in with taking care of the horses and ponies on site. Naturally, you can also take a ride or two during your stay on one of the lovely ponies.
Farmer Jan will also show you how to take care of his sheep, goats, rabbits and chickens. Or you can get creative with Farmer Saskia and decorate your own horseshoe.
If you prefer to play, the farm will definitely suit you. Building huts in the Hay Barn, jumping on the trampoline, making sand cakes in the sandpit, messing about with water at the water pump or fishing or canoeing with your new friends. Everything is possible and allowed.
At check-in, children will receive FarmCamps’ Farmers Passport. This contains fun and educational assignments. Your mini-farmers can discover and experience real life on a farm. For each completed task they will receive a stamp in their Farmer’s Passport.
