Holiday checklist with toddler: what should you pack?

A holiday with a toddler takes a little preparation, especially if your little explorer loves playing outside all day. Luckily, at FarmCamps you don’t need to bring half your home with you. You’ll stay comfortably on a cosy farm campsite, with nature, animals and play areas always close by. Still, a few handy things can make your farm holiday even more relaxed.

Think mainly of clothes that can handle a bit of dirt. Wellies, play clothes, a warm jumper and a raincoat are always useful on the farm. Sunscreen, a cap and swimwear can also come in handy on warm days. For quieter moments, bring a favourite cuddly toy, dummy, bedtime story, baby monitor or night light. That way, sleeping in your glamping accommodation feels familiar right away.

For the journey and your stay, snacks, a drinking cup, spare clothes, nappies or potty training pants and wipes are always useful. It’s also smart to pack a small first aid kit with plasters, children’s paracetamol, a thermometer and any personal medication.
