Camping, but all the luxury

The Luxury Safari Tent is special for anyone who likes a bit of luxury. This Safari Tent includes private toilet, a well-equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge-freezer and espresso machine. Plenty of sockets, comfortable beds, and a gas stove for when it’s sometimes a bit chilly.

In other words, our safari tents are in the middle of nature but are equipped with every convenience. Camping in the Luxury Safari Tent is not at all crazy.

Some of our Safari tents have air conditioning instead of a gas heater. This provides both heating and cooling when needed. At ‘Search & Book’ you can use the filters to see at which farms this type of tent is available.

Sleeping in a luxury Safari Tent

Close to the sea

Yes, we have a few farms close to the sea! That means: long beach walks, a dip in the sea and making sand castles. The ideal combination of beach and countryside.

In the forest

How nice is it to get out of your safari tent and smell the forest? seven of our farms have a forest adjacent to or even on their property. A farm holiday where the children can also have fun making tree houses, playing hide and seek among the trees. What else do you want?

Surrounded by lots of horses & ponies

Attention horse lovers! We have a number of farms where you can have fun all day long with pony rides, brushing and cuddling. Sometimes there is even the possibility of getting a grooming pony and riding lessons.

Our horses and ponies are eager to meet you!

FarmCamps sets the standard for a Safari Tent. We have been to France before but this tent was much more complete. Also nice: a toilet in the tent!

Do you sleep better at FarmCamps than in your own bed? Yes indeed! We often get messages from our guests asking where we get those lovely mattresses from…

And what about a shower we hear you ask!

Nice on the farm. And lovely such a Safari tent. After a few days in the countryside, you probably feel like taking a shower. But where can you take a shower? At the farmer? No, that’s not necessary. Just shower in the heated sanitary building on the farm.

Four- or six person Safari Tents

We have 2 types of Safari tents at FarmCamps. The 4-person and the 6-person Safari Tent. The only difference between the two Safari tents is that in the 6-person Safari tent there are 2 bunk beds instead of 1. Are you bringing your baby with you? Then the 4-person Safari tent is best suited. There is enough space in the bedroom for a cot. In this case the maximum is then five people in the four-person tent.

What else you get with it? Healthy outdoor air, happy children and lots of cuddles from all the animals roaming the farm. Camping at the farm is unique, you should really do it once!
